All searches expire 90 days after they’re created or last extended. You can extend a saved search within 2 weeks of its expiration date. You’ll receive notifications when a search is about to expire so you have time to extend it. Here are the different ways you will be notified:
You will receive a notification in the Recent Activity menu of searches due to expire in 2 weeks.
In Contacts, for yourself or your client, there will be an alert at the top under the Searches tab
In the Recent Activity email you receive each day.
On the Dashboard (homepage)
If your searches are due to expire in 7 days or less, an alert will be provided on the top left-hand corner of the REALM Dashboard (above My Market Areas)
