If your client is not receiving emails from REALM, review the following checks to identify the issue:
1. Verify Saved Search Notification Settings
Ensure that notifications are configured correctly within the client’s saved search:
- Open the Saved Search settings.
- Confirm that email notifications are enabled.
- Verify the correct email address is associated with the client.
2. Check Junk or Spam Folder
Ask your client to:
- Check their Junk or Spam folders.
- Search their inbox for previous REALM emails.
- Mark REALM emails as “Not Spam” if found, to ensure future delivery.
3. Review Your Dashboard Alerts
- Check your Dashboard for any alerts indicating that emails are not being delivered.
- Delivery issues may indicate the email address has been suppressed or blocked.
If you are seeing an alert, your client can follow one of the options below to resolve the issue:
Option 1: Resubscribe Through REALM
- Click the Resubscribe button

Option 2: Resubscribe by Email
If your client does not have access to REALM
- Create a new message and email to: resubscribe@em.realmmlp.ca
- Use the subject line: Resubscribe
- Send the email.
Once your email is received, the suppression will be removed.
Confirmation
After successfully resubscribing, you will see an alert on your Dashboard confirming that you are opted back in to receive emails.
