If you would like to adjust the filters of a saved search, simply open the search, make your desired changes, and save them. This way, your client will get notifications based on the updated criteria.
1. To open a saved search, click on Contacts in the REALM Menu.
2. Next, Choose the Contact name that the search is saved for. In the Contact Card, click on Searches and locate the saved search.
3. Click on the title of the search to open it.
4. The search opens in the Search tab. Here you can adjust the filters as you see fit.
Once you're happy with your changes, click on Searches and choose Save Search from the dropdown.
5. In the Save Search window. you can ensure the notifications are still set to the client's liking.
Click the Save Search bottom at the bottom right hand corner of the window to save the new changes.
