Teams are created on the Contacts tab:
1. Click Contacts from the menu bar.
2. Change the contact type to Teams
3. Click on the in the top right corner
4. Add the team name and click save
Once the team has been created, you can add team members:
1. Select the team
2. Click the kabob menu in the top right corner > select add team member
3. Search/Select the name of the other agent you are looking to add > Click Add
