Realtor users are able to check the criteria of a saved search within the Search Settings window. The information available to view and amend in the Search Setting includes:
- who the search is saved for
- notification type and frequency for the Realtor and/or the client
- the additional email addresses receiving new match notifications
- the email listing format
- if the search has been set up as a default
There are two different ways to access the Search Settings window for any saved search:
1 - In the Contacts tab on Desktop or in the Mobile App
- Open the contact card that the search was saved to;
- Click on the Searches tab;
- Locate the Saved search and click the kabob menu to the right
- Choose Settings
2 - When reviewing the search results for a saved search in the Search tab on Desktop or in the Mobile App
:
- Click or hover over the light blue Saved icon near the top left corner of the screen
- Click the Settings button in within the search parameter window.
