If you want to use an existing search as a template to save for the same client or a different one, this can be done using the Save As option.
With the search open, you can make any changes to the search criteria (if applicable) and then save the search.
Click on Searches and choose Save Search from the drop-down.
Choose Save As at the bottom right corner of the window.
Give the new search a unique name and choose the client contact for whom you want to save the search. On the right side of the window, enable notifications settings for both you and the client as desired.
Tip: if you’ve already turned on notifications for yourself in the first search, we recommend that you don’t turn on notifications for yourself in the additional searches. This avoids duplicate notifications being sent to you.
Finally, select Save Search.
