If you want to copy an existing search for the same or a different client, use the Save As option.
With the search open, you can make any changes to the search criteria (if applicable) and then save the search.
Click Searches, then select Save Search from the menu.
Once the Save option appears, choose Save As at the bottom right corner of the window.
Give the new search a unique name and choose the client contact for whom you want to save the search. On the right side of the window, enable notifications settings for both you and the client as desired.
Unless the search criteria have changed, you do not need to set up the notifications for yourself.
Finally, select Save Search.
