The Global Search Bar is a versatile tool that allows you to find anything you need. Along with using REALM AI to search, you can find:
- Address
- MLS Listing Number(s)
- PIN
- Intersections and Crossroads
- Clients by name
- Geographic locations
- links from the resource menu
- and more!
Using the keyboard shortcut will open the panel, or clicking inside the search window.
When entering information in the search, the results will show in a tab format, displaying results for each section.
It will also display the last 30 recent information searched within the panel.
Using REALM AI will allow you to search practically anything. For example:
- 2-story homes in Markham
- Find all 5-bedroom homes for sale under 3 million in Toronto that have been on the market for over a month
- Condos for sublease
- Condos for sale in a specific building
- Homes sold in the last 3 weeks
- Available homes with 2 bedrooms that have been on the market for less than 10 days
- Homes with 2 bedrooms plus an extra possible bedroom space
- Listings updated today
