REALM offers a variety of ways for you to share and keep track of listings that you wish to suggest to your clients. Suggested listings are automatically added to your clients' Lists on their contact card. You can remove listings from the Suggestion List whenever you wish.
How do I add a listing to my Clients' Suggestions List?
1. When sharing a listing with a client:
The next time you wish to send a listing to your client, the listing will be automatically added to their Suggestions List.
Tip: Don't want the listing to appear on the Suggestions List? Simply remove the check from the box in the Share Email:
2. Use the Suggestion icon on a listing:
Click the Suggest (light bulb) icon at the top right corner of the listing window to add it to a suggestions list.
Simply choose the name(s) of the client(s) you wish to suggest the listing to and click the Suggest button.
How can I remove items from the Suggestions List?
If you’d like to remove listings from your saved list, just follow the steps HERE.
After you’ve taken out the listings from the list named Suggestions, you won’t receive notifications for updated listings from that list anymore.
