The Maintenance Fees filter is available only when you’re searching for Condos in REALM.
TIP: If you can’t find Maintenance Fees in your filters list, it’s probably because you have both Freehold and Condo & Other classes selected. Searching for both property types will remove the Maintenance Fees search filter.
If searching in the Consumer Layout, the Maintenance filter is found within the Price filter:
