The Maintenance Fees filter is available only when you’re searching for Condos in REALM.
TIP: If you can’t find Maintenance Fees in your filters list, it’s probably because you have both Freehold and Condo & Other classes selected. Searching for both property types will remove the Maintenance Fees search filter.

If searching in the Consumer Layout or Map Layout, the Maintenance filter is found within the Price filter:
If you are searching using the Table, Map + Table or Map + Card layouts, the Maintenance filter can be found near the bottom of the filters list:
