In REALM, you can transfer or choose specific listings (or the entire list) from one list and add them to a list for another client, yourself, or your team.
To add some or all of the listings to a new list:
Using the checkbox to select each of the listings you want to move to a new list, then select the Actions button at the top right-hand corner of the list.
- Select Add Listing To.
- This will display a list of Clients, Teams, and My Lists.
- Choose the Recent contact, client, or team you wish to share the listing with.
- Select the contact's existing List by name to add the listings to, or
- create a New List for that contact by clicking the button at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
- Give the new list a name and then click Add.
To transfer the entire list to another REALM Contact
If you wish to move an entire list to another client, then select the Actions button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Transfer List*.
- Use the search bar or scroll to locate the Client for list transfer.
- Click Save.
*This action can only be used on your personal saves searches. This is not available for REALM default lists (Suggestions, Likes, Notes)
