In REALM, you can transfer or clone an existing list or select specific listings from an existing list to add to a List for another client, yourself, or your team.
To transfer or clone a list or share listings from an existing list, open the Contact Card where the list is saved.
Click on the List tab, locate the saved list and click View All to open.
To add some or all of the listings to a new list:
Use the checkbox to select each of the listings you wish to share to a new list then and select the Action Menu dropdown at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
TIP: to clone the list for another contact, select all of the listings in the list individually.
- Select Add Listing To.
- This will display a list of Clients, Teams, and My Lists.
- Choose the Recent contact, client or team you wish to share the listing with;
- Select the contact's existing List by name to add the listings to, or
- create a New List for that contact by clicking the button at the bottom right hand corner of the window.
- Give the new list a name and then click Add.
To transfer the entire list to another REALM Contact
Use the checkbox to select each of the listings you wish to share to a new list then and select the Action Menu dropdown at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select Transfer List.
- Use the search bar or scroll to locate the Client for list transfer.
- Click Save.
