Using Lists in REALM is a great way to keep organized and to maintain visibility of properties that a client is interested in, as well as what you’ve already shared.
To add a listing to a list on your mobile device:
- Select the listings from your results that you would like to add, or if you have the listing open:
- Select the Actions
button from the top right
- Select + Add to List from the drop-down.
- An Add Listing To window will open, select Client, Team, or My Lists (to save for yourself).
- Choose from an existing saved list.

To add a listing to a saved list on your computer:
- Select the listings from your results that you would like to add, or if you have the listing open:
- Select the Actions
button from the top right
- Select + Add to List from the drop-down.
- An Add Listing To window will open, select Client, Team, or My Lists (to save for yourself).
- Choose from an existing saved list.
A quick add is available using the Table or Map + Table layouts.
- Beside each listing in your results, you will see a heart icon or a + icon
- Clicking the heart icon will add it to your Likes
- Clicking the + sign allows you to add it quickly to a current saved list.
