The Suggest feature allows you to quickly send a listing(s) to a client who has access to REALM. If your client does not have access to REALM, you will need to email them the listing(s).
How to Suggest Listings through the mobile app
To suggest all listings in a search (a maximum of 100 at a time for a total of 300):

Select the Actions button
on the right of the listing results.
- Select Suggest from the drop-down.
- A suggest listings window will open, select a client, enter a comment, and select Suggest.
To suggest one or multiple properties from the search results window on a mobile device:

Place a check
in the box on the listings page for each desired property and then repeat steps 1, 2 & 3 above.
To suggest an individual property from within a listing on a mobile device:

Select the Suggest icon
in the menu at the top of the listing, and repeat step 3 above.
