How to Search for a Listing Using Filters

In REALM, you can customize your search criteria using filters.   

 To search for a listing using filters on a mobile device: 

1. Select the Search icon from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Use the Filters buttons or the filters on the left side of the screen to enter the search criteria.
3. Enter an area, municipality, or community. The Match on all Area, Municipality, Community values indicator will search for these values together. Removing this indicator will give you results for the entirety of each field. 
4. Choose listings for sale or lease and available or unavailable. These filters will have an affect on the other filters that will be available to choose.
5. Review and select all filters to identify properties with the desired attributes. The list of filters available to search by include: Type, Open House, Price, Type, Link, Style, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Basement, Total Parking Spaces, Garage Type, Basement, Heat Source, Heat Type, Air Conditioning, Kitchens, Exterior, Pool, Building Amenities, Acres, Lot Front, Lot Depth, Lot Size Code, Street #(Range), Street Name, Street Abbr, St Direction, and Apt/Unit #. Use the Add a Field drop down menu to view other filters. 
6. Select Apply and you will be directed to the Listings window where you will see a list of results based on the criteria that you selected.

To search for a listing using filters on a computer: 

1. Select Search from the menu bar. 
2. Use the Filters buttons or the filters on the left side of the screen to enter the search criteria.
3. Enter an area, municipality, or community. The Match on all Area, Municipality, Community values indicator will search for these values together. Removing this indicator will give you results for the entirety of each field.
4. Choose listings for sale or lease and available or unavailable. These filters will have an affect on the other filters that will be available to choose.
5. Review and select all filters to identify properties with the desired attributes.  The list of filters available to search by include: Type, Open House, Availability, Status, Price, Type, Style, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Approximate Square Footage, Days on Market,  Basement, Total Parking Spaces, Garage Type, Garage Parking Spaces, Heat Source, Heat Type, Air Conditioning, Kitchens, Kitchen Total, Exterior, Pool, Building Amenities, Last Update Date, Acres, Lot Front, Lot Depth, Lot Size Code, Street #(Range), Street Name, Street Abbr, St Direction, Apt/Unit # and Add a Field*. 
6. Select Apply and you will be directed to the Listings Results window where you will see a list of results based on the criteria that you selected.  

* Add a field offers >340 fields to choose from to help narrow your search.
