In REALM, you can print a one-page broker or client full listing by changing the Listing View setting to Broker Full-Sheet or Client Full-Sheet.
TIP: If a listing has a lot of detail (e.g. Broker Remarks), it may not fit on one page using Broker - Full Sheet and will appear as 2 pages. There is no way to force such listings onto one page. To learn more click HERE
To change the Listing view to print a one-page listing:
1. Within a listing, select the action icon. 
2. Select Print from the listing actions menu.
3. By default, the map, listing table and listing details are selected under Which Sections? Remove the check beside map and listing table.
4. Under Listings Details Form, select the down arrow and choose Broker Full – Sheet or Client Full – Sheet.
5. Select Print.
