How do I add additional fields to the filters?

If you are using the Consumer Layout: 

Select More Filters, scroll to the bottom, and select Add a Field.  

For the other layouts, More Filters is located at the bottom of the filters menu.

Using the More Filters dropdown, choose the filter (filters are in alphabetical order or you can search by typing the name of the filter).
