There are two different methods to search by address in REALM. You can use the Universal Quick Search bar or apply Search Filters to find the listings or Land Registry information you require.
1. Use the Universal Quick Search bar on the left hand side of the REALM menu to find one address or specific listing. Simply type the address of interest or MLS number into the search bar.
TIP: The Quick Search function will return results 3 years from the current date. If there have been no listings for the address in the last 3 years, you will be provided with the option to access the Land Registry information.
You can use the search filters to locate archived (or unavailable) listings that are more than 3 years old.
2. Use the Street # and Street Name search filters to receive more address results.
You are able to enter the same number in the Street # filter to narrow your results to one address.
Don't forget to use the Unavailable filter and adjust the Slider Bar to include archived listings that are over 3 years old in your search.
TIP: When entering the Street Name, when using the address filter, do not leave a space at the end, or you will receive 0 results
