Within REALM , there are self-help resources available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All can be accessed by clicking the Question Mark icon in the REALM Menu:
The REALM Help Centre: provides a library of information for using REALM both on your desktop or mobile device.
Show Me How: access a Guided Tour which provides in-app step-by-step guides to using REALM functionality.
Chat with Support: The automated REALM Assistant can answer many questions.
Tip: For best performance, the Help Centre should be accessed before your first interaction with the Assistant.
Report an Error: complete this form and an error report will be sent to the REALM technical support team.
Your error report will contain the current page URL, a screenshot (if available), username, email address, current IP address and device characteristics such as your internet browser type, operating system version and screen resolution. Please note that a response to your report will not be provided.
