Do you want to search for your own active listings or those of another realtor? Are you interested in seeing the active listings for a specific Brokerage?
You can search for Available Listings by Listing Brokerage and Listing Salesperson using REALM Filters. Simply scroll down the filter list to find the appropriate Search Fields.
TIP: Please note that these fields are not available for searching unavailable listings. It is not possible to search by Salesperson for unavailable listings, however you may add the fields List Brokerage or Co-Operating Brokerage to your unavailable search.
Note: The Salesperson Brokerage and Salesperson filters appear near the bottom of the filters list (above the Photo Features filter) and are not contained within Add a Field.
TIP: You must first choose the Salesperson Brokerage filter, followed by the Salesperson filter.
Use the multi-selector panel to see a list of all Salepersons associated with a Brokerage.
