If you're looking for a property with a swimming pool, there are a couple of ways you can do this.
You can use REALM AI using natural language. For example, "3 bedroom detached homes for sale
in Ottawa with a pool."
You can use the available filters based on the property type. For Freehold* properties, there is a filter specifically labeled Pool. It is located further down the filter menu. For the Consumer layout, you can find it under More Filters.
For Condo & Other* property types, you will have the option under the filter Building Amenities. The filter location is the same for Freehold properties.
*You can not search Freehold & Condo & Other together if you are looking to find properties with a pool.
