If your client is not receiving email notifications, or if you have received a notice on your dashboard that your email has been bounced back or your client has unsubscribed from REALM emails, you will want to make sure:
- That the notifications are set up correctly in the Search settings for saved searches. Click HERE to learn more
- the client has reviewed all junk and spam email folders for the message
- the client has not blocked the REALM email address, which is notifications@em.realmmlp.ca
- the client has not unsubscribed from Realm emails.
