There are different ways that you can search for listings using the Map
In the Search section of REALM, change your view to Map
The map search function offers useful tools to help you find the best listings for your clients:
- On the left side of the map, use the zoom-in (+ icon) and zoom-out (- icon) functions to adjust the zoom level (you can also use your mouse or trackpad). The listings populate as you move the map.
- If location settings are enabled on your device, click the Show your current location
icon to centre the map on your current location.
- To search for a specific location outside your current area, use the Jump to a Location
icon. This feature allows you to search by:

- Landmark
- Specific address (including the city/town)
- Intersection

- Use the Places of Interest button
to load amenities in the area of interest, such as parks, places of worship, and grocery stores.
- Use Toggle Measure Mode to calculate the distance from a property to a place of interest!
- If you would like to see properties within a custom boundary, use the Toggle Draw Mode buttons to draw a shape, Polygon (desktop only), or Circle on the map.
- Use the Filters on the left side to narrow your search further or to include other important property features. If you don't see your filters, click Filters from the top left to open them.
- Use the Map Layers
button to switch between the Satellite and Road Map, to view School or Heat Maps, or to overlay other PropTX mapping displays.
Once you've defined your preferred search area, you can save it for yourself or your client and enable notifications for new listings.
