Are you finding that the listing callouts suddenly reappear on your REALM Search map when using the circle, drawing, or polygon tool? It's probably because the map has been moved.
When you click on the circle, polygon, or drawing tool (desktop only) icon, it clears all the property listing callouts from the map. This helps you see the areas of interest more clearly. The REALM Map is interactive/dynamic, so moving the map will load new geographic information and bring back the listing callouts. Just a heads-up: if you move the map before you finish drawing your polygon, circle, or other shapes, the callouts will come back as well.
To prevent the callouts from reloading, you can do one of the following:
- Turn off the dynamic feature before you begin your search. This is done by deselecting the Map Search option in the bottom left-hand corner of the map.
- Change your layout to Map and position it to the area you want before drawing the polygon to avoid moving the map later.
