In REALM, you can view residential sold statistics from land registry data in a heat map for average sales, growth rate, and market turnover. This is a great way to identify trends in the market.
To enable map layers on a mobile device:
- Select the search icon
from the menu at the bottom of the window.
- Select Map from the menu near the bottom of the screen.
- Select the map layers icon
from the menu on the left.
- A map layers window will open, select the desired map layer.
- Select the X to close the window.
- On the map window, land registry mapping areas will be outlined in white and filled with a colour base on the results.
a. The highest results (value or percentage) will be red.
b. The lowest results (value or percentage) will be yellow.
c. For an area where residential data is not available, no results will appear on the map.
- In the middle of each mapping area, you will see the results for the map layer selected. If you select the results the details will expand to provide more information.
- If you move the map window to another area, heat maps will update as you adjust the screen.
- To remove the heat map, select the map layers icon
and deselect the map layer.
