When you use Realm as a Realtor, you can expect to receive 3 different types of notification emails: "Recent Activity", "Your clients' saved searches have found listings" and "Your Saved Searches have found listings"
Why don't the notifications in these emails match? What's the difference?
Tip: Make sure that you have set up the email frequency for all searches to Daily or Real Time in accordance with the desired preferences for yourself or your client.
Type 1: Recent Activity
These notifications are intended to provide Realtors insight into client activity in REALM. This notification provides highlights of the activity in a day, excluding new matches for saved searches.
Tip: the information provided in the Recent Activity notification depends on the items you have subscribed to under the Notifications section of your REALM Profile Settings.
Type 2: Your clients' saved searches have found listings
These notifications are intended to provide Realtors insight into activity around searches saved for their clients.
Searches saved under the Realtor’s contact card are not included in this email.
If you have saved a prospect search under your own contact card, the notification email subject line will read "Your Saved searches have found listings"
What does this mean to Realtors?
As a Realtor, you can expect to receive notifications using this subject line for searches saved for your clients , provided you have set up notifications for yourself in the search settings.
It is likely that matches for more than one client and/or client search will be included in this email.
What does this mean to my Clients?
Your clients will receive notifications using the subject line "Your saved searches have found listings" for searches you have saved in their contact card, provided Email notifications have been turned on for the search.

Type 3: Subject line "Your saved searches have found listings"
What does this mean to Realtors?
Any searches saved in your own contact card (i.e. searches saved for "Myself") will appear in this email.
This email is generated by Realm to send you a record of the activity for the searches that you have saved for yourself. It will include new listing matches for individual searches saved under your contact card, including prospect-type searches.
Your clients can also receive notifications for searches saved under your Realtor contact card, if you have included their email address in the "Email Address(es)" field.
This email is generated by the system to notify all email addresses included in the notification section of a saved search of any new matches for that saved search.
Want to share these notifications with someone not on your contact list?
Since these emails only contain listing matches, recipients will not be prompted to log in to view the listing; they can simply click on the link and view the listing detail in a web browser if you share this type of email with someone not currently included in your REALM Contact list.
Please note that sharing these notifications with a person who does not use REALM will allow them to view the listing and all of the saved search matches in a browser window on their device.
