How to exclude Landlease listings from appearing in a property search in Realm

To exclude Landlease listings while searching for properties in REALM, simply apply the filter known as Special Designation Search.

You can prevent Landlease listings from appearing in your search results by completing the following steps:

1. On the Search Tab, access the search filters by clicking the button on the left-hand side of the page or by choosing the More Filters tab located at the top of the page.
2. Scroll down the filters list to the Add a Field drop-down menu.

3. Select the Special Designation Search filter from the drop down 

4. Select Landlease from the filter drop down and click the NOT checkbox

This will now successfully remove all Landlease listings from appearing in your search
