How to Save a Search for One or More Contacts

REALM allows you to easily save a search for your Prospects, Clients and Teams!

Once you have defined search criteria to find listings, you can save this search for yourself or a client. This will allow you to receive notifications and to recall the search area and criteria easily when in REALM.

When creating Prospect Searches, we suggest that you save the search for yourself, and add your prospects' email addresses in the Email Address field.

 To save a search in REALM on a mobile device: 

1. Select Save Search from the Searches menu bar. 
2. A save search window will appear, enter a Search Name.  
3. Enter your clients name in the Save For field OR 
4. Select myself, client, or team from the Recent, Clients or Teams tab. 
5. If you wish to receive the same notifications your contact receives, under Notifications for Me select:
   1. App Notifications if you wish to receive notifications on the mobile device where the REALM app is installed
   2. Email if you wish to receive notifications to your inbox. Click the down arrow, and choose from Daily and Real Time, depending on your preference. 
6. To set notifications for your contact, under Notifications for My Client select:
   1. App Notifications if they wish to receive notifications on the mobile device where the REALM app is installed.
   2. Email if they wish to receive notifications to their inbox. Click the down arrow, and choose from Daily and Real Time, depending on your client's preference. 
7. To add additional contacts to the saved search, add up to an additional 20 email addresses in the Email Address field and set the frequency of the email notifications using the Additional Email Notifications drop down. 
8. Under email listing format, select to down arrow and choose from small photo w/3 lines or large photo w/7 lines.  
9. To Hide the search from the main client or to set as their default search, select the box beside the relevant field.
10. Select Save Search. 

                        

 To save a search in REALM on a computer: 

1. Select Save Search from the Searches menu bar. 
2. A save search window will appear, enter a Search Name.  
3. Enter your clients name in the Save For field OR 
4. Select myself, client, or team from the Recent, Clients or Teams tab. 
5. If you wish to receive the same notifications your contact receives, under Notifications for Me select:
