The My Market Areas provides a snapshot of listings in your selected areas. A listing may not show if it was recently added to the MLS or if My Market Areas hasn't updated yet (usually every 15 minutes). It defaults to Today and is categorized by Status. For older listings, change the Day. To see all listings, select the specific Status (New, PC, etc.) or All, then click View All.
