To search for listings containing Open House information, we recommend using the Open House filters that are built into REALM. Select the checkbox for the type of Open House you are looking for:
You can also use REALM AI. For example, "3 to 4 bedroom detached homes with an upcoming open house in Mississauga." Once you have your results, you can use the filters to narrow your results further.
If you would like to search for Open Houses within a certain period, use the Add A Field Filter Open House Date (Broker) or Open House Date (Public).
Scroll to the bottom of the Filters list to locate the Add a Field Filter:
From the drop-down, choose the Open House Date or Open House Time filters:
Enter information into the field to retrieve the listings that match.
