You may wish to view the listings for comparables before generating or presenting a CMA for your client. To view the listings for the comparable properties in the CMA Comparables tab, click or tap the MLS# or the PIN to open the listing within the comparables page.
Click the “New Window” icon to open the comparable in a new window.
