The Team feature is a professional tool designed for multiple Realtors to work together to support clients. If you would like to create a team, the first step is to go to the Contacts tab.
- Click Contacts from the REALM Menu.
- Change the contact type to Teams.
- Click on the Add icon
in the top right corner.
- Add the Team Name and click Save.
Once the team has been created, you can add team members from the contact card.
- Select the Team.
- Click the Kabob Menu in the top right corner.
- Select Add Team Member.
- Search or select the name of the agent you are looking for.
- Click Add.
Choose Share Client from the Kabob Menu to share a client contact with your Team.
