To add/invite a new client to REALM on a mobile device:
1. Select Contacts from the menu bar.
2. Select the Action menu on the right of the page and select Add New Client.
3. An Add New Client window will appear where you can enter your client’s contact information. The First Name, Last Name, and Email fields are mandatory, and all other fields are optional.
4. Select Save to save your client to your database OR
Select Save & Invite to save your client to your database and send an email to invite your client to REALM.
- A Send Invitation window will appear with the subject line and message that will be sent to your client. You can update information in this window.
- Select Send.

- Select Contacts from the menu bar.
- Select the Action menu
on the right of the page and select Add New Client.
3. A drop-down will appear. Select Add New Client, and enter your client’s contact information. The First Name, Last Name, and Email fields are mandatory, and all other fields are optional.
4. Select Save to save your client to your database OR
Select Save & Invite to save your client to your database and send an email to invite your client to REALM.
- A Send Invitation window will appear with the subject line and message that will be sent to your client. You can update information in this window.
- Select Send.
