In REALM, you can import contacts from Stratus V3 with just a few clicks!
Please note: REALM is configured to import contacts from Stratus V3 only.
Although REALM does not support imports from other CRM sources, it may be possible to import contact information from differently-sourced CSV file. See below for instructions on manually importing from a CSV.
Be advised that there is no guarantee that the information from a source other than Stratus V3 will be formatted in a manner that is compatible with the REALM database.
To import Contacts from Stratus V3:
1. Select Contacts from the menu.
2. Click the action arrow and then select Import Stratus Contacts from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Continue to import your V3 Client contacts
4. To Import all contacts, click the checkbox in the Header Row in the Import Clients window. Otherwise, choose the specific contacts to import.
Please note that chosen contacts will import even if that contact already exists in your REALM Contact Database. A duplicate contact will result.
To manually download contacts from a CSV:
Please note: You will first need to download your Stratus contacts and save them as a CSV file. For instructions on exporting from Stratus V3, please click HERE
1. Select Contacts from the menu.
2. Choose Import Clients (CSV)
3. Select Browse files.
4. Navigate to the directory on your computer where the previously saved CSV file is located, select it, and then select Open.
5. Select Upload.
6. To Import all contacts, click the checkbox in the Header Row in the Import Clients window. Otherwise, choose the specific contacts to import.
Please note that chosen contacts will import even if that contact already exists in your REALM Contact Database. A duplicate contact will result.
Tip: A phone number or email address must be present on the import screen for the contact to be imported into REALM.
7. All selected contacts will import into your active contacts in Realm.
