How to update your contacts on your mobile device.
You can update or delete multiple Client Contacts in REALM at one time by using the Bulk Edit feature on the Contacts tab.
- Select your contacts
on the mobile menu
- Change the view to List View
- Choose the Bulk Edit button at the top right-hand side.

- Choose the contacts to be amended by using the checkboxes.
- Click the drop-down next to Manage to bulk change the contacts' status, or click Delete.
- Before the bulk edit completes, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to take the action (delete or mark as another status).

- In the Contacts tab, click on Clients and change to List View.
- You can choose to sort your contacts by status using the filters along the top
- Choose the Bulk Edit button at the top right-hand side.
- Choose the contacts to be amended by using the checkboxes (or select the checkbox at the top to select all).
- Click the drop down next to Manage to bulk change the contacts' status, or click Delete.
- Before the bulk edit completes, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to take the action (delete or mark as another status). Simply scroll to the bottom of the list to confirm.
