In REALM, you can email or share up to 100 listings with a client at a time (to a maximum of 300). To email or share over 100 listings, you'll need to send them in separate emails. REALM displays 100 listings per page; to email more, go to the next page.
To share all properties in a search on your mobile:

Select the Actions
button on the right of the listings page.
- Select Share from the drop-down (this will include all listings on the page),
- OR select one (or multiple) specific properties to email from the search results page by clicking in the check box for each desired property.

- Select Share from the drop-down.
- You will be presented with the apps you have installed on your mobile that can be used to send the listings
Note: On mobile, you can share a listing using your installed apps like Text, WhatsApp, or Email. We recommend using the REALM in-app chat so you can view messages on both your phone and computer. If you select email, it opens your phone's email app and does not send from REALM.

- Select Email from the drop-down.
- An email window will open, and enter the recipient's name or email address. If your client was added to REALM contacts, you will see them in the drop-down to select.
- Enter a message and select Send.
