Below are the filters supported as of January 7th, 2025. We are considering adding new filters based on user feedback.
- Availability - Available or Unavailable
- Sale or Lease
- Last Status - Price change, Extended, Deal Fell Through, etc
- Property Class - Freehold, Condo, Commercial
- Property Type - Detached, Triplex, Land, Parking Space, etc
- Location - All Areas, Municipalities, and Communities
- Location - Near landmarks or specific addresses like “Condos near the CN Tower” or “2 bedroom condos near 200 FRONT STREET WEST in Downtown.”
- Price - Minimum, maximum, and range queries like “Homes for sale less than 2 million,” or “Condos for Sale greater than 4 million,” and “For sale between 3 and 8 million.”
- Bedrooms and Bedrooms Possible
- Washrooms/Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Approximate Square Footage in square feet, meters
- Lot Area in square feet, meters, or acres
- Parking Included (Yes or No)
- Total Parking Spaces
- Garage Spaces

- Waterfront - Yes or No

- Extras - common statements in Extras like “fixer-upper in extras” or “gated community in extras.”
