In REALM, you can search for listings using the map.
To search with the map using the mobile app:
- Select the Search
from the menu at the bottom of the window.
- Select Map
at the bottom of the screen, and the map will open.
- On the top left side of the map, there is a zoom in (+ icon) and zoom out (- icon) to adjust the zoom level.
- If location setting is enabled on your device, select the Show your Current Location icon,
and the map window will go to your location.
- If no listings are close to your location, select the zoom out icon on the map until listings appear.
- On the map window, listings will be identified by a blue dot.
- At a closer zoom level, you will see a callout with the listing price.
- If you select a listing callout, a window will open with a summary of the listings.
- If you would like to see properties within a custom boundary, use the Toggle Draw Mode buttons to draw a shape or Circle on the map. Select the garbage can icon
to remove the drawing.
- To search for a specific location outside your current area, use the Jump to a Location
icon. This feature allows you to search by:

- Landmark
- Specific address (including the city/town)
- Intersection

- Use the Places of Interest button
to load amenities in the area of interest, such as parks, places of worship, and grocery stores.
- Use Toggle Measure Mode to calculate the distance from a property to a place of interest
- To adjust the search results with specific criteria, select Filters, and a window will open where you can enter the desired search criteria.
- Select Done, and you will be directed to the map window where you will see a blue dot or callout (depending on the zoom level) for listings that match the criteria.
- Click Results, if you want to see a list view of the listings from your search
