Clients are not required to log into REALM to view listings sent to them by email or as notifications for property matches. If your client is being asked to log in and they do not have access to REALM, please make sure they:
Do not have the REALM app is installed on their mobile device.*
If they have received property matches, they can not click on "View all of your searches" shown at the bottom of the email.
They are trying to Like a listing
Clicking the individual listing(s) will open in a browser window and can be printed from there; please note that if your client wishes to like the listing, they will be asked to log in.
*If your client does not have an account with REALM but has the app installed on their mobile device, if they try to view a listing from their email through that device, the device will detect the app, open it, and request they log in. If they uninstall the app, the listing will now open in the browser that is installed on their mobile device.
