If your client is experiencing trouble logging into REALM, here are some things to consider to resolve the issue:
- Are they logging in as a Client (not a Member)
- If they have worked with another agent who used REALM, they need to create a new, unique username and password if you have invited them to work with you in REALM. To learn more about this, click HERE
- Are they trying to reset their password using the REALM app? This can only be done on a desktop computer.
- If they are using the app, has the app been updated to the most recent version? Has their phone's operating software been updated?
