To invite your client to participate in REALM, you need to add them as a client in your contacts.
To create a contact on the Mobile App and invite to use Realm
1. Click on the Contacts Menu at the bottom of the App.
2. To create a client from scratch, click on the Action Button on the top right hand side of the window. Then choose Add New Client. Complete the necessary fields in the Add New Client window.
*Please note that you must include a First Name, Last Name and Email.
3. Click Save to save the client as a contact to your database or Save & Invite to add the contact to your database AND invite your client to Realm.
If you choose Save & Invite, a Send Invitation window will open that you can customize.
4. If you wish to invite an existing contact, click on their contact card within the Contacts Menu and choose the Invite Button on the bottom right corner of the Contact tab.
To create a contact on Desktop and invite to use Realm
1. Click on the Contacts Menu.

NOTE: Once your clients accept a Realm invitation, they will receive a welcome email providing them instructions on how to access the REALM app. There is a built-in walk-through in the REALM Assistant to help you set up your first client.
