To invite your client to participate in REALM, you need to add them as a client in your contacts.
To create a contact on the Mobile App and invite to use Realm
- Click on the Contacts Menu
at the bottom of the App.
- To add a new client, click the Actions button
at the top right-hand side of the window. Then choose Add New Client. Complete the necessary fields in the Add New Client window.
- The mandatory fields to add a client are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- Click Save to save the client details or Save & Invite to save the client details AND invite your client to REALM.
- If you select Save & Invite, a Send Invitation window will appear before confirmation, allowing you to customize the invitation.*
To create a contact on Desktop and invite them to use Realm
- Click on the Contacts Menu.
- To add a new client, click the Actions button
at the top right-hand side of the window. Then choose Add New Client. Complete the necessary fields in the Add New Client window.
- The mandatory fields to add a client are First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- Click Save to save the client details or Save & Invite to save the client details AND invite your client to REALM.
- If you select Save & Invite, a Send Invitation window will appear before confirmation, allowing you to customize the invitation.*
- Once your clients accept the REALM invitation, they will receive a welcome email giving them instructions on how to access the REALM app.
*If you did not invite your client when you first added them, you can go back to their contact information in Contacts and click Invite at the bottom.
