If you are no longer receiving emails from REALM, check your Dashboard
for any alerts indicating that emails could not be delivered to your email address.
If you see an alert, follow one of the options below to resolve the issue.
Option 1: Resubscribe Through Your Profile Settings
- Click your profile icon
- Select Settings
- In the left-side menu, click Notifications.
- Under the Notifications section, look for an Email Unsubscribed message.
- Click the Resubscribe button to start receiving emails again.
Option 2: Resubscribe by Email
If you do not see any notification in your profile settings:
- Open your email and create a new message.
- Send the email to: resubscribe@em.realmmlp.ca
- Use the subject line: Resubscribe
- Send the email.
Once your email is received, the suppression will be removed.
Confirmation
After successfully resubscribing, you will see an alert on your Dashboard confirming that you are opted back in to receive emails.
