There are two possible reasons your client has received a request to login when interacting with a notification email:
1. The REALM app is installed on the mobile device or the user is logged into REALM on a desktop computer or tablet.
2. In automated notifications (those with the subject line: Your saved searches have found listings), your client has clicked on the link: "View all of your searches"
Clients who do not have a REALM Account cannot use the View all of your searches link found in REALM notification emails.
Generally, when a client receives automatic notifications for a saved search or a listing you sent to them by email, they are not required to log in to view the listing if they are not a REALM user. They simply need to click the listing in the email that they wish to view.
The listing(s) will open in a browser window and can be printed from there; please note that if your client wishes to like the listing, they will be asked to log in.
It is important to note:
If your client does not have an account with REALM but has the app installed on their mobile device, if they try to view a listing from their email through that device, the device will detect the app, open it, and request they log in.
If they uninstall the app, the listing will now open in the browser that is installed on their mobile device.
