How to Disable Email Notifications

In REALM, you can disable email notifications for all tasks completed by a client or a team member 
 

 

To disable email notifications on your mobile device*:

1. Select the Avatar at the top right of the page.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Select the drop-down for Notifications.
4. Below 24 Hour Chat Digest Summary, select the down arrow and then choose None.
5. Scroll down to the Settings section. To the right of Al,l select the down arrow, and then Never
6. OR select specific notifications you want to stop or change the frequency of
7. Select Save at the bottom of the page

*Note: these settings apply to all clients.

 How to Disable Email Notifications on your PC*

1. Select the Avatar at the top right of the page.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Select Notifications from the left side of the page.
4. Underneath 24 Hour Chat Digest Summary, select the down arrow and then choose None.
5. Scroll down to the Settings section. To the right of All, select the down arrow and then Never
6. OR select specific notifications you want to stop or change the frequency of
7. Select Save at the bottom of the page
