How can my client Disable Email Notifications?

In REALM, your client can disable email notifications for all tasks completed by their sales representative.

To disable email notifications:

  1. Select the Avatar at the top right of the page.
  1. Select Settings from the menu.
  1. Select Notifications from the left side of the page.
  1. To the right of 24 Hour Chat Digest Summary, select the down arrow and then None.
  1. To the right of All, select the down arrow and then Never*.

*They can disable specific tasks by reviewing each one and selecting "Never." They would not change the 24 Hour Chat Digest Summary
