Your clients can change their password on the web version of REALM. It is not possible to change a REALM password on the REALM App.
TIP: PropTx members cannot change their REALM log in information. Contact PropTx to find out more about changing your membership account information.
Client users can change their REALM password by completing the following steps:
- Using a desktop or mobile device, open a web browser window.
- Access Realm log in HERE
- Choose Client.
- Click Forgot username or password? under the Sign In button.
