How to Share a Listing

Listings can be shared on the Mobile or Desktop versions of REALM. You can share a clickable thumbnail or a URL link. 

To send a clickable thumbnail version of a listing via Text, Email, Chat, or other Direct Messaging Apps on your mobile device, click the Action menu and select Share. You can also share the URL for the listing from the Action menu by selecting Copy Share Link.

To send a listing from your desktop, select the Action button blobid9.png on the right of the page and then select Email (to share a clickable thumbnail version) or Copy Share Link (to share a URL link) within the drop-down menu.  

Sharing listings from your mobile device   

  1.  Click or tap the listing to open.   
  2.  Within the listing, select the Action button blobid0.png on the right of the page.
  3. Select Share from the drop down.  A window will appear with the available apps from your mobile device.
  4. To email the listing using your device's default email app, select the Mail icon.
  5. Complete the email to your client using the default Email app. 
  6. If the the recipient of the message is not a REALM user, they will be able to view the listing in their device's web browser.

Note:  You may choose any app installed on your mobile device to share a listing -Text, WhatsApp, Email, etc. The message recipient will be able to view the listing in their device's web browser if they are not a REALM user. 

TIP: to share listings from your REALM profile, choose the REALM app from the options offered at the bottom of the screen. 

Sharing Listings from your Desktop Computer

Listings may be shared using email on the Desktop version of REALM. Alternatively, you may copy the URL for the listing link to share the listing via another communication platform on your device. 

To share a listing using REALM via email:

 1. Select the property from the listing window.  blobid5.png

 2. Within the listing, select the Action menu blobid9.png on the right hand side of the window then select Email from the drop down menu.  

3. An in-app email window will open. Choose the recipient(s) name or email address from your list of REALM contacts, or enter another email address.

4. If desired, enter a personalized message to the recipient and select Send.                       blobid11.png

The message recipient will be able to view the listing in their device's web browser if they are not a REALM user. 

To create a link for sharing in another messaging app: 

  1. Within a listing, select the Action menu blobid9.png on the right hand side of the window then select Copy Share Link from the drop down menu.  
  2. The URL for the listing will be copied to your device's clipboard. You can easily add it to any messaging app by selecting Paste in your message.  

TIP: For REALM user contacts, we recommend communicating using the REALM in-app chat as you will be able to see these messages on your mobile device and computer.
