If you have set up Face ID or Fingerprint ID (Biometrics) to log in to the app, but are now being prompted to set it up again, the following are potential reasons why this is happening:
- If you log out of the Realm app (clicking the profile icon, selecting log out)
- If you have powered off or lose power to your phone
- If you cancel a login, the biometrics feature becomes deactivated.
- If you have not used the app for more than 2 weeks
To prevent disabling fingerprint or face ID login, you should only swipe the app closed. Do not choose "log out" from settings if you wish to use the Face ID or Fingerprint ID option to reopen the app.
