The web version of REALM stays logged in for up to 60 minutes of browser inactivity*.
The REALM App stays logged in for up to 2 weeks when Face ID or Fingerprint ID is enabled.
Biometric login (face or fingerprint) must be renewed after 6 hours of inactivity in the app.
*REALM stays inactive until you do something in the program that loads information. Simply moving the cursor or typing won't reactivate it.
These timeout periods can’t be changed or removed. These security measures by PropTX protect your account, online presence, and REALM data.
