If you’ve cancelled, deleted, or turned off notifications for a saved search but are still receiving email alerts, the emails may be related to updates on listings that were added to a saved list. Saved lists have their own notification settings, which are separate from saved search notifications.
How to Confirm the Source of the Email

Check the email subject line.
If the subject is “Recent Activity”, this indicates the notification is for a listing that has been updated within a saved list—not a saved search. -
Review your saved lists.
In most cases, the activity will come from the Suggestions list. - Remove the listings from the saved list to stop the notifications
