Your clients can search for and view unavailable listings (i.e. those that are Sold or Leased) when they log into REALM.
Note: your clients are not able to see all of the Listing statuses that are available to you as a licensed Realtor. Clients are only shown statuses: Available, Unavailable, Sold or Leased.
To search for Sold or Leased listings:
Using the Availability Search Filters, deselect Available and select Unavailable.
Using the Location filters, choose a Community OR zoom into a 2km area if searching by map.
If the correct location zoom is not chosen, the message "Please zoom in on the map or select a Community to display results" will appear.
When your clients do a search of unavailable listings, they will be able to see the status of the listing along with the sale or lease date on the results screen, and then click into the inactive listing to see other details including the sold/leased price.
