If you've deleted a saved search or client but still see alerts on your dashboard for bouncing emails, the email may be linked to a Prospect Search in your REALM contact profile.
When an email is undeliverable to an address that is associated with a search saved under the Client's profile in contacts, the name of the client will appear at the beginning of the alert, followed by their email address
If the client's email is associated with a Prospect Search under your saved searches, you will only see the email appear in the alert. Review the searches saved for yourself, locate the search, and remove the email address from the additional email notifications window.
